'78Sandra received a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Tech in 1978. After graduating from the University, she accepted a position with Illinois Tool Works in Des Plaines, IL. '81Susan received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Michigan Tech in 1981. After graduation she accepted a position with General Motors Corporation. In 1982, Susan left GM and went to work for Texas Instruments in Dallas, Texas. She stayed with TI from 1982 to 1988 and during this time worked as Deputy Program Manager, Lead Mechanical Engineer, and Mechanical Design Engineer for various Fire Control . . .

Colleen Jones-Cervantes
'83Colleen L. Jones-Cervantes earned her BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1983. After graduation Colleen started working at Chevron and has spent her career there in positions of increasing responsibility. She was often the only woman in these positions. Her first position with Chevron was in San Francisco, California as a project engineer in their retail marketing department. . . .
