Symposium Registration

The symposium registration fee includes the Friday evening welcome reception, Saturday breaks, luncheon, and dinner. If received on or before September 2, the fee is $130. After September 2, the fee is $150. Current students will receive complimentary registration, but are asked to register in advance for planning purposes.

Accompanying Person:

The registration fee for an accompanying person includes Friday evening welcome reception and Saturday evening dinner.

If received on or before September 2, the fee is $60.

After September 2, the fee is $75.

Payment

Please use the registration form as your invoice. Phone or fax registrations must have a credit card number. Payment by cash, check, or credit card must accompany all on-site registrations.

Cancellations

If you register and find you cannot attend, a refund less a $50 processing fee will be made if you notify the Conferences & Institutes office (217-244-9687) by October 15. No refunds will be issued after October 15.
