Problems:
1. Complete problem #3.5. For the data of #3.5, calculate the average for each sample. Prepare a dot diagram for the sample means. Comment on the appearance of the dot diagram relative to the shape of the histogram constructed as part of problem #3.5.

5. Construct a normal probability plot for the sample means of Problem 3.17 - interpret the plot.
6. Construct a normal probability plot for the data of Problem 3.20 - interpret the plot.
Graduate Credit:
Identify a journal article that discusses design methods that seek to improve the quality of designed products. Prepare a two page summary and critique of the article. Submit the article as well as the two page write-up.
