Coulomb Force Spacecraft Deployment

	Concept: Research:	Multiple charge actuators on the fixed-orbit chief satellite are used to deploy a "deputy" charged spacecraft. The system dynamics are nonlinear and coupled. Research focuses on stable closed-loop control design.
