T-SHIRT SALE 2001-02
The Michigan Tech Biomedical Engineering Society will be selling BMES
T-shirts featuring the MTU BMES Logo. The T-shirts may be ordered by
printing and filling out the form below. Completed forms and payment
can be turned in at our meetings, or to any officer, or to the biomed
department office (BMES has a mailbox there), or to our box in 106 of the
MUB. Order forms with payment must be received by 5pm, Friday,
October 19, 2001. |
