Hello, my name is Lance Harvala. I am a freshman here at Michigan Tech. I am a resident on the ground floor of Wadesworth hall. My first few weeks here I was in a converted room of wads with 2 other roommates. We managed to make some space by making a triple bunk bed. The bunk bed worked very well and now that I am moved out they have converted my bed into a couch. I was lucky enough to get a room just down the hall from my old room so I didn’t have to make all new friends somewhere else. I have a r eally cool RA he is very helpful and he likes having a good time just like the rest of us. I have managed to make a few friends in the first weeks but I am always open for more. In the few weeks I have been here I have already done activities I never th ought I would ever do including cliff jumping. Our hall decided to go as a hall sanctioned event even though it was not a very warm day and the water wasn’t very warm either. We still managed to have fun and was able to work up the guts to jump off the highest cliff my first time.
