| Dr. Sorby's teaching interests include advanced structural analysis, finite elements, and computer applications/mechanics. Her research interests include advanced composite materials for use in civil infrastructure, and 3-D computer graphics for visualization of complex behaviors. Her current research project is titled Visualization of Groundwater Pollutant Fate and Transport. Sorby has published WordPerfect for Engineers, and Introduction to 3-D Spatial Visualization, (with B. Gimmestad). |
