There are some partners that show an extraordinary amount of dedication to the Partner Program and consistently suggest ways in which to improve it. This gift is recognized by giving these people the title of "Senior Partner" and letting them (asking them to) take on even more responsibilites. The Senior Partners train the PITS (Partners In Training) and take care of additional lab duties that are not covered by the CAEL Coordinator or the Systems support staff. Some of these duties include establishing and maintaining the computer reservations system, ensuring that the lab is staffed, maintaining the lab facilities, organizing the manual cabinet, maintaining the CAEL Webpage and caring for the fishtanks and plants. The Senior Partners also organize ClubCAEL, the extracurricular group that is composed of Partners and other friends of the CAEL and which competes in Winter Carnival and Spring Fling activities.
