Stephen Williams earned his BS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1986 from Michigan Tech. Steve came to Michigan Tech from Cadillac, MI after he graduated from Cadillac High School in 1982.  He went on to earn a MBA degree in Finance and Marketing in 1992 and a MS degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1996, both from Wayne State University. After graduation from Michigan Tech, Steve began his career in his hometown . . .

James Stone

Jim Stone earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering, with honor, from Michigan Tech in 1940 and made his career with the General Foods Corporation. He later attended the Advanced Management Training Program of the Harvard Graduate Business School. He started as a student engineer in the Post Division, Battle Creek. In 1960, he began work in Jell-O operations and in the Post division where he rose through various positions . . .

1952—2022 Pat grew up in Ferndale, Michigan, and went on to graduate from Michigan Technological University in 1975 with a BS in Mechanical Engineering. His mom was from London, England. She was 14 during the London ‘blitz’ of WWII. His dad, from west Tennessee, flew for the Army Air Force in B-17s as a recon photographer. His dad met his mom while on leave in London, by pretending he was lost! Pat . . .

Tony Altobelli '86

Tony Altobelli has served as Assistant Treasurer at Google for eleven years since joining the company in 2007. In his role as head of the investment portfolio management group, Tony designed and established Google's investment management platform to manage the company's worldwide cash portfolio that presently exceeds $100 billion. Tony is now the head of Risk and Strategy at Google Treasury, responsible for investment . . .
